Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how A-Z Bite Club LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its owner Dr. Ali R. Elyassi and its members, managers, officers, employees, independent contractors, faculty, contributors, licensors, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"), collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the A-Z Bite Club website, courses, audio, assessments, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Our platform — and its limits

The Services are hosted and operated on Kajabi (provided by Kajabi, LLC) and rely on Kajabi and its sub-processors — including its payment processors and its email, hosting, and analytics vendors — to collect, store, and process information on our behalf. These providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices, and security practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for beyond our own legal obligations. The technical and security safeguards available to us are limited to the controls these platforms provide. We encourage you to review Kajabi's privacy and security documentation, available on Kajabi's website, and each payment processor's privacy notice. Where this Policy and a processor's own notice differ as to that processor's practices, the processor's notice governs its own processing.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email, and account details; billing information (processed by the payment processor — we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers); support and other communications; and any information you voluntarily submit. Information collected automatically by Kajabi and its vendors: course access, progress and completion, log-in and device/usage data, and cookie and similar identifiers. Please do not submit identifiable patient information, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive personal data; the Services are not a patient-care or medical-records system.

3. How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Services; create and administer your account; process purchases and issue completion certificates; provide support; maintain security and detect fraud or misuse; send transactional and service messages; comply with legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations; and, where you have the choice to opt in or out, send marketing. A purchase never requires agreement to optional marketing. We do not treat agreement to our Terms of Use as consent to all optional processing.

4. Cookies and analytics

Kajabi and its vendors use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some may affect log-in or checkout. We apply privacy-preserving defaults and seek consent for non-essential processing where required by law.

5. How we share information

We share information with Kajabi and the service providers that operate the Services on our behalf; with professional advisors (such as counsel and accountants) under confidentiality; when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services; and in connection with a merger, sale, or other business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain analytics or advertising technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable state privacy laws; to opt out or ask about this, contact us at admin@jointhebite.com.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update account information, unsubscribe from marketing using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us, and — depending on the law that applies to you — request to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or opt out of certain processing. These rights are subject to lawful exceptions, identity verification, and our need to retain certain education, financial, and legal records. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them. Submit requests to admin@jointhebite.com; we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for related legitimate and legal needs — including the service relationship, completion and certificate records, financial and tax records, fraud prevention, and dispute handling — after which it is deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful exceptions and routine backups.

8. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the Services, relying on the security controls provided by Kajabi and our processors. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information processed by third-party platforms outside our control. This limitation does not eliminate our obligations under applicable law.

9. Children and patient information

The Services are intended for professionals and other adults and are not directed to children. Do not create an account for anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Do not submit PHI or identifiable patient information; if you discover such information in the Services, report its location to admin@jointhebite.com without repeating or forwarding the data.

10. U.S.-based service

The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for U.S. users. We do not target the Services to the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other international markets; if you access them from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance.

11. Changes

We will update the effective date below when this Policy changes and provide additional notice where required. A change will not retroactively authorize a use of previously collected information that requires separate consent.
