Refund, Cancellation & No-Return Policy

This policy governs purchases from A-Z Bite Club LLC and forms part of our Terms of Use. Read the offer-specific price, access period, billing schedule, and any refund promise before paying. More favorable express Purchase Terms and rights required by law control over a conflicting provision of this policy.

1. Digital purchases and refunds

Unless an offer expressly provides a different refund right or applicable law requires one, digital purchases are final and payments are nonrefundable once purchased access has been supplied. A change of schedule, nonuse, failure to finish, or an examination result does not by itself create a refund right. Before purchasing, review the description, included products, prerequisites, access period, and available previews.

This policy does not remove remedies for unauthorized or duplicate charges, failure to supply purchased access, material misrepresentation, a defective or materially nonconforming service, or another right that cannot be waived. It does not excuse A-Z Bite Club LLC from fulfilling its express promises. Contact admin@jointhebite.com about an issue without delaying a statutory or payment-provider deadline.

2. Recurring subscriptions

For a subscription, the selected monthly or annual price is charged in advance at the interval displayed at checkout. The subscription automatically renews for successive terms of that interval until canceled. Your confirmation identifies the plan, charge, frequency, next billing date, and cancellation methods. An annual subscription is a prepaid annual term, not a monthly payment plan.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account subscription settings. If you cannot or prefer not to authenticate into an account, use an emailed request to admin@jointhebite.com, which provides an immediately accessible cancellation request, or email admin@jointhebite.com. No telephone call or retention discussion is required. A valid cancellation request received before a renewal charge prevents that renewal; processing delay by A-Z Bite Club LLC will not turn a timely request into a late one. We will provide confirmation.

Cancellation ordinarily preserves access through the end of the period already paid for. Except where a refund is legally required or expressly promised, unused days or months are not prorated. Deleting an app, removing a payment card, or simply stopping use does not by itself send a cancellation request. An express cancellation request sent by an available channel will be honored under this policy.

We will provide required renewal reminders, annual reminders, trial-ending notices, and notices of material or price changes. Price increases apply only to future renewals after required notice and consent, never to a period already paid for. No free or discounted trial converts to paid service without the disclosures and authorization required for that specific offer.

3. One time purchases

A one-time purchase is billed once and does not automatically renew. Access lasts for the period disclosed before purchase. A separately advertised extension is optional and requires a new purchase or separate authorization. No examination-passage or lifetime-access promise is implied by one-time payment.

4. Fixed installment purchases

If a legally compliant fixed installment offer is available and selected, the purchase is for the stated product at the disclosed total price, paid on a finite schedule. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership and does not renew after the final scheduled payment. Access duration is stated separately. The applicable Purchase Terms and any required credit documents govern that plan.

Subject to applicable law and any express cancellation or refund right, deciding not to use or complete the course does not cancel an otherwise valid remaining payment obligation. Revoking an automatic-payment authorization does not by itself extinguish a valid debt. Lawful amounts may be paid by an available alternative method. Nothing limits statutory rights to cancel, dispute, revoke payment authorization, obtain a refund, or receive required finance-charge adjustments.

5. Failure to provide purchased access

Report an access problem using admin@jointhebite.com with the account and order information reasonably needed to investigate. Do not include patient data. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a materially equivalent method. If we cannot supply the material purchased benefit within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund or other remedy required by law and the following minimum contractual remedy.

If no meaningful purchased access has been supplied, we will refund the affected purchase payments and cancel the corresponding unearned installment balance. If part of the promised service was supplied, we will refund the fair unused portion of prepaid access and remove the corresponding unearned balance. For a time-based subscription, that portion is measured from the date the material paid service became unavailable. For a course with multiple distinct purchased components, the remedy reflects the undelivered component or access, unless law or the offer requires more. A replacement does not replace a refund right without the customer's agreement where required.

These remedies also apply if A-Z Bite Club LLC permanently ends a paid service for its own convenience before fulfilling the promised period or material benefit. They are not the exclusive remedy where law provides additional rights. The additional contractual service-failure remedies in this section do not apply solely because access is suspended or terminated for a material user breach under Section 18 of the Terms of Use. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

6. Refund processing and international rights

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where feasible, within the legally required time. Payment-provider processing time may vary. We do not require a waiver of statutory rights or an agreement suppressing an honest review as a refund condition.

Consumers outside the United States may have additional cancellation, withdrawal, or digital-content remedies. Those rights remain where applicable. Immediate access does not by itself waive them. Any legally effective request for immediate delivery and acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights must be obtained separately when required.
